Cakes

Here is a list of the yummy cake flavours that you can choose from. I can customise your cake with American, Swiss or Italian buttercream, Cream Cheese frosting and or Fondant icing.

In addition, I can add a jelly layer, a secret centre, rainbow colours and all sorts of fun cake toppings!

I will turn your favourite or favourites into a heavenly tasting creation that is unique to your celebration…

Classic Victoria Sponge

*A classic light sponge sandwich around strawberry or raspberry jam with vanilla buttercream. Perfect for tiered cakes and a real crowd pleaser!

Light Chocolate Sponge

*Light and chocolaty this is tasty match for vanilla, orange or vanilla buttercream or why not add more chocolate?

Flourless Chocolate & Almond *GF

*Decadent and rich this flour-less cake is a little boozy and a lot indulgent. Oh and it happens to be Gluten free too! This is a great edition to a wedding cake as you can cater to everyone without them even realising the flour is missing!

Lemon Drizzle

*My personal favorite, this is an all time classic, Sticky and moist with lemon drizzle and a slight crunch to the top, zingy and fresh with lemon and sweet with sugar- what is not to love?

Cherry & Coconut

*This is a childhood favorite which I have eaten so many times. Its a classic mix of sweet cherries and exotic coconut- Yum!

Red Velvet

*Smooth with a hint of chocolate, this american beauty is a sublime eat! Paired with cream cheese frosting and you have a slice of heaven. Another excellent option for a tiered cake.

Spiced Fruit

*Christmas in a cake with or without booze pending your preference! A wonderful heart warming cake packed with fruit.

Sticky Ginger

*Studded with stem ginger this is a fiery sweet sticky cake and a flavour sensation!

Chocolate Fudge

*Gooey, Chocolaty, Fudgey- I will leave this one there…

Spiced Apple Caramel

*A hug in a cake, rich and comforting this is a wonderful cake that just makes you feel cosy and happy.

Coffee Cream

*Light sponge lifted with real coffee for a grown up cake, paired with coffee buttercream and its silky smooth and rich.

Death by Chocolate

*Dark and rich this is all it promises to be chocolate, more chocolate and more chocolate. Pair this with coffee, vanilla or if you dare chocolate buttercream!

Pink Champagne

*Flirty and not too sweet this light pink sponge is a delicious bubbly treat, this can be taken to the next level with a Rose wine jelly layer.

Carrot (naked or with Nuts)

*Another classic- are you all about the nuts or like me its a lush naked carrot?

Vanilla Sponge

*Simple and elegant this is lovely light sponge that goes with pretty much everything!

Almond & Cherry GF*

*This cake has a hint of frangipane to it, all sticky and sweet and delicious! Also its Gluten free – happy days for my mum who is Gluten Free!

Jaffa ‘Cake’

*My twist on that lovely little cake/biscuit! A light sponge, orange jelly layer and chocolate buttercream makes a yummy familiar combination.

Funfetti

*All the fun of the fair! Funfetti is dotted with hundreds of flecks of colour throughout the vanilla sponge, a beautiful fun cake to slice into and enjoy.

Rainbow Sponge

*A rainbow of cake, layers of colour that pop when you slice into this beauty! You can have bright vibrant shades or a softer pastel pallet pending on your preference or allergies to food colourings!

Tie-dye

Pick your colours combination and then you can slice into an explosion of colour and patterns, whilst enjoying a light vanilla sponge. Hide away the crazniess inside with a clean white finish or why not add more colour and continue the party on the outside?

Malt

*That distinctive flavour of malt running through soft sponge, a delicous base for so many flavours of buttercream and perfect to pair with a chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Beetroot

*A cheeky chocolate cake that delivers on flavour but is easy on the waistline!

Gluten Free Sponge– Vanilla, Orange, Coffee, Ginger, Almond & Cherry, Cherry & Coconut and Chocolate

*All of the above GF cakes I can make, I find a mix of flours such as rice or coconut, a blend tends to work best for a nice crumb.
